- Wait time beyond 15 minutes may result in a rescheduling fee or additional service charge based on availability.
Service Area Travel within 30 minutes is included
- Listings requiring more than 30 minutes (one way) of travel are subject to a $50 service area fee. Any applicable fee will be confirmed prior to scheduling.
Luxury Listing Classification When Luxury pricing applies
- Listing price of $750,000 or higher
- Property size of 3,500 sq ft or more
- Waterfront or premium view properties
- Custom-built, historic, or high-end new construction homes
