This Privacy Policy explains how Color Splash Studios handles information when you use our app. We built Color Splash Studios to be a safe, creative, and ad-free space for children and families.

We do not collect personal information directly from children or users through the app. Color Splash Studios does not require users to create an account, sign in, or provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, or home addresses to use the app.
Advertising and tracking
Color Splash Studios does not include third-party advertising. We do not use the app to track users across other companies’ apps or websites for targeted advertising purposes.
How the app works
The app allows children to draw, color, and create stickers in a creative environment. User-created artwork and stickers are intended to stay on the device unless a parent or user chooses to save or share content using device features available on their own device.
Support purchases
Color Splash Studios may offer optional in-app support purchases for parents. These purchases are not required to use the app and do not unlock paid content or gate the main creative experience. Support purchases are protected by a parent gate before purchase.
Children’s privacy
We designed Color Splash Studios with children in mind. We work to keep the app simple, safe, and free from unnecessary data collection. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will address the issue promptly.
Third-party services
We may rely on platform services provided by Apple, such as the App Store and in-app purchase processing. Those platform providers may process limited technical or transaction-related information as part of operating their services. Artwork, stickers, and other creative content made in the app are generally stored locally on the user’s device. We do not run a user account system for syncing personal content across devices at this time.

Parents and users may stop using the app at any time. If content is stored on the device, it can generally be removed by deleting the app or clearing saved app content on the device, depending on the device settings.
